Barabanki / Bharaich, February 08 (ANI): The battle for mother of all elections began today as the first phase of polling for UP assembly polls kicked off today in 55 constituencies of the state amidst tight security. Though heavy rain is taking place, but people could be seen queuing up outside polling booths. A voter in Bharaich said voting is not only an important duty but a right too.
