Jharkhand, February 5 (ANI): In a bid to improve relations with the public, police personnel in Maoist afflicted areas like Bundu Jharkhand organised a community policing programme on Sunday to tackle the growing menace of the ultras. This strategy was adopted to bridge the gap between the police force and the public. In fact, the locals were provided with several incentives, as part of the programme. According to the police, such programmes prevent the recruitment of such people by Maoists, as they spread awareness among the masses.
