Stocks rallied on the back of a better than expected jobs report Friday. The economy added 243,000 jobs in January, blowing estimates out of the water. Activity in the service sector soared to an 11 month high in January. Meanwhile, the latest data from the Commerce Department showed a notable increase in factory orders in December. In other headlines, NY State is suing several major banks, charging that a number of foreclosure filings were illegal.
