Latehar, February 03 (ANI): In another brutal showdown, Maoist ultras on Thursday killed three policemen in a deadly landmine blast in rebel hotbed Balumath in Jharkhand. The explosion further triggered a fierce gun battle with the ultras, in which four other police personnel were injured. A police party was on its way to a nearby village to inspect a case where a man had committed suicide. The official also claimed that the authorities are well equipped to fight the rebels.
