New Delhi, February 02 (ANI): The Supreme Court in a historic verdict today cancelled all licenses in the 2G spectrum allocation. Hearing the plea of Janata Party leader and 2G scam petitioner Subramanian Swamy to make Home Minister and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram a co accused in the case, the Apex Court has said the trial court of Justice OP Saini, which has reserved orders on this plea, is perfectly competent in giving orders on this petition. Thirdly the SC also ruled out the formation of Special Investigative team to overlook the enquiry of the CBI in the issue.
