The mother and child are healthy and fine, said a source close to the actress. Mahesh tweeted: "ITS A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lara. I Love u...." Friends, including Bollywood biggies, of the couple, have also poured in their best wishes to the new born.
