Mumbai, January 17 (ANI): Born on 1972, Arjun Rampal is a well known face of the Bollywood as well as of the fashion industry. Former model and now actor, Arjun Rampal was spotted by fashion designer Rohit Bal and after that there was no looking back as he soon became one of the India s male supermodel and ended up knocking on Bollywood s door. He made Bollywood debut from the movie Moksha (2001) released after his second film Pyar, Ishq Aur Mohabbat . After initial failures, Arjun finally managed to carve a niche for himself and worked with leading stars of tinsel town. With the success of his movie Aankhen in 2002, he became an actor whom the producers look out for. His most restrained performance was in Dil Ka Rishta (2003) but his cameos in Karan Johar s Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (2006) and Farhan Akhtar s Don (2006) were also liked by cine goers. His performance was lauded in Rock on as well as in Rajneeti and he also played the title character in Ra.One . Recently, the actor launched Alive perfume and became one of the three celebrities after Shahrukh and Amitabh to get a scent marketed to his name.
