New Delhi, January 5 (ANI): Kingfisher Airlines has to explain in detail, till Monday, how it's meeting safety guidelines at a time when it's under mammoth financial strain. The decision came after the Directorate General of Civil Aviation or DGCA chief Bharat Bhushan met executives from cash strapped Kingfisher Airlines and Air India Express, the budget arm of state carrier Air India, seeking an explanation on safety concerns highlighted by the regulator's internal report.
