New Delhi, January 02 (ANI): Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee has said that the budget for 2012 13 would be presented after the forthcoming elections in the five states.The polls in five states including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Manipur and Punjab are scheduled to take place in seven phases, starting on February 04 and ending on March 03.
