New Delhi, November 30 (ANI): Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has forecasted GDP growth dropping to 7.3 percent from an initial prediction of around 9 percent for fiscal year ending in March 2012. India's economy grew at its weakest pace at 6.9 percent, in more than two years in the quarter that ended in September. Meanwhile, Mukherjee attributed the global economic situation and the subsequent depressing growth of Euro and US for India's low GDP growth. Mukherjee added that the reading for the September quarter fell below the government s expectations.
