Agra,July 9 (ANI):After hotel associations in India on Thursday decided to increase Hotel and restaurant rates by 25 percent, the restaurant owners feel that the hike will result in a fall in the number of local tourists, and added that during the Commonwealth Games, only foreign tourists would be able to afford a meal at the restaurants.Meanwhile, officials of guide associations said that such situations demand new policies from the government that would let tourism flourish.Hotels and restaurant owners said that the government must control rising prices so that they are able to meet their demands else the tourism industry would be hit severely.
